Oliver was the 1 man army that went on a killing spree after he lost everything and all his friends from the executions done by the dictatorship government towards people who protest and are against the Leader. Oliver managed to kill every person behind running the government turning everything into Anarchy but in the end became the man running the country. He is hailed as a hero by the people and changes all the laws for the good and finally allows Modified to be set free from experimentation and being allowed into society. later down the line he crosses paths with Atticus where he and Oliver make a deal to work together on getting modified into society and working together with normal humans.
